Here in EU is the 360S still avaible, but i don't know in the USA, i think it's the USA.

Nope, it was the planning that PS3 get release the same time as the 360, but the Blu-Ray diode has some serious delay for the PS3.
The 360 redesign is not the only matters, it has also new hardware like Wifi, so it's official new 360 and not Redesign becouse it has new hardware WIFI.
The PS3 slim is a Redesign becouse it has not single new typ of hardware in it, it's just smaller HPU and CPU nothing more.
Second, the most old 360 users will buy this console.

Wait, 1x256 XDR RAM 3.2 Ghz and 1x256 GDDR3 700 Mhz VS 512 GDDR3 700 Mhz.
You are so full of bullshit. The XDR RAM is also 4 a 5 time's faster than GDDR3 RAM.
Also, the PS3 has no specific V-RAM they use all of those type RAM, also the 6x 3.2Ghz SPU can use of some RAM stuff if i not mistakes.
And that 10 MB ED RAM, is nothing compared XDR or GDDR3 RAMS.
